- Role: Precision CNC Machinist (Mills & Lathes)
- Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: M–F, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm; Saturdays Optional
Core Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines or lathes for diverse, short-run and production jobs
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T callouts
- Load material, select tooling, and verify correct workholding
- Adjust tool and work offsets to achieve dimensional accuracy
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
- Partner with teammates to improve setup efficiency and part quality
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a job shop environment
- Comfortable interpreting prints and GD&T
- Experience with common CNC controls: Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and troubleshooting skills
