A day in this role

On second shift, you’ll review clear work instructions, gather components, and cut materials to size. Using common hand tools and measuring devices, you’ll assemble parts with care, verify dimensions with a ruler, and perform a final inspection to confirm fit, finish, and function.

What you’ll do

• Cut and assemble components to match detailed customer requirements
• Follow written work instructions step by step
• Use hand tools and measurement tools to maintain quality standards
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and workmanship

What you’ll bring

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or production assembly experience
• Ability to read a ruler accurately and take precise measurements
• Strong attention to detail and solid manual dexterity
• Basic math skills and comfort using a standard ruler
