Step onto the production floor, review the build plan, and bring products to life with accuracy and care. As a Precision Assembly and Quality Technician, you’ll turn components into finished goods that meet exacting specifications—every time.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble product components in sequence, following documented specifications and drawings.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks to confirm products meet internal and industry standards.
• Use hand and power tools safely and skillfully throughout each build.
• Work side by side with teammates to share tips, remove bottlenecks, and elevate overall efficiency.
• Keep your station clean and organized to promote safety and smooth throughput.
• Surface any build issues or part discrepancies to your supervisor quickly and clearly.
• Join training sessions and continuous improvement efforts to sharpen your craft.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework a plus.
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and a knack for following instructions precisely.
• Comfort using common hand tools and basic power tools.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
