JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Acts as receptionist for the office, answering inquiries of general nature form applicants, visitors, clients, POAs, staff, and anyone coming to the office or calling the office assisting them in a friendly and cooperative manner. Contacts field staff via email/phone call per direction given by Leadership or clients, POAS. Maintains files for the agency. Gathers and sorts mail as required. Handle a client referral as needed. Request forms as needed. Designs new company forms and orders literature as needed. Oversee admit folder creation. Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Working knowledge of computer systems. High school diploma. Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and public relation skills. Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. Demonstrates ability to protect the confidentiality of patient and organization information. Licensed driver with automobile that is in good working order and insured in accordance with Preceptor Home Health & Hospice requirements.
