Step into the Precast Plant
Imagine starting your shift with a quick safety huddle, then moving to the forms to prep, oil, and stage materials. You’ll help the crew pour and finish concrete, demold cured pieces, and keep tools and equipment running clean. Throughout the day, you’ll rotate where needed—supporting skilled team members, loading and unloading materials, and making sure the work area stays tidy and safe.
What you’ll do
- Support concrete production activities, including pouring, demolding/stripping, finishing, and general tasks across the precast line
- Clean and prep forms, tools, equipment, and work areas so each pour runs smoothly
- Load and unload materials and supplies to keep production flowing
- Assist experienced crew members and supervisors with daily goals and changing priorities
- Operate hand tools and small power tools correctly and safely
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain housekeeping standards—clean, organized, and work-ready spaces
- Work overtime and adapt to flexible schedules when production demand increases
- Follow verbal and written instructions; complete assigned work accurately and on time
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
