Job Title: Pre-Treat Operator/Blaster (3rd Shift)
Location: Dubuque, IA
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Hours:
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 11:00PM – 7:00AM
(Training for up to 4 weeks on 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM)

Pay: $20.50/hr ($17.50/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential)

Position Overview

RIE Coatings is growing and looking to add an additional 3rd shift to keep production rolling! If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a crew that shows up and gets the job done, you'll fit in here.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment and tools including media blast machines and chemical wash systems.
• Follow schedules, travelers, and documented procedures to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
• Move materials and finished product throughout the production process using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Complete daily logs, safety inspections, and quality checks including chemical titration testing.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards while preventing under-treatment or rusting of parts.
• Cross train and assist in multiple production areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
