Position Overview

The Pre-Treat Operator/Blaster prepares the product for coating through a variety of pre-treat methods to consistently meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and production standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment including media blast machines and chemical wash systems
• Prepare parts for coating through pre-treatment and blasting processes
• Follow schedules, travelers, and documented procedures
• Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Complete safety checks, quality checks, and chemical titration testing
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Cross-train and assist in multiple areas as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
