Pre-School Youth Sports Coordinator Summer Seasonal
20-25 hours per week PODS up to 40 hours Morning and/or evening shifts Monday-Friday

Youll lead and supervise Pre-School and Youth Sports programs while supporting staff, engaging participants, and ensuring safe, fun, and well-organized activities throughout the summer.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee daily youth sports and recreation programs across assigned sites • Lead, motivate, and supervise staff while assigning tasks and ensuring policies are followed • Plan activities, review lesson plans, and ensure programs align with set themes • Track attendance, collect evaluations, and submit weekly summaries and reports • Maintain safety, discipline, and proper use of equipment and supplies
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Direct supervision of 2-3 seasonal staff members • Oversight of all children participating in assigned programs
What You Bring
Education & Experience
Must be at least 18 years old One or more years of college preferred in education, recreation, sports management, or a related field Experience working with children ages 18 months-12 years Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Reliable transportation and availability through program completion
Preferred Certifications
None required Training provided, including safety, child protection, and program-specific instruction
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Ability to plan, document, and manage daily activities and attendance Comfort enforcing policies, dress code, and safety procedures Ability to work outdoors and in active environments
