About the Role:

We are looking for a Preroll Technician to join our NY processing team. The ideal candidate is a cannabis enthusiast who has a strong understanding of preroll products. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or lab environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate milling equipment and prepare flower for production

• Weigh, batch, and stage materials accurately

• Perform infusion preparation using distillate and THCA

• Fill and pack preroll cones to quality standards

• Execute inventory movements in METRC (milling, infusion, unpackaged prerolls)

• Create and complete Manufacturing Orders in Odoo

• Ensure all digital entries match physical production

• Complete batch, milling, and infusion logs

• Identify and report discrepancies immediately

• Maintain clean work areas and follow all SOPs, GMP, and compliance standards

• Package Prerolls and other cannabis products

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment

• Manufacturing or cannabis experience preferred

• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, ERP systems)

• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods

• Lift and move materials as needed

• Perform repetitive tasks with consistency

• Location: Albany, NY

• Reports To: Jonathan Mojarro

• Schedule: Monday Thru Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

• Compensation: $23.21 to $25.00
