As a Pre-Litigation Attorney you will be instrumental in shaping the early stages of cases to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. The Attorney will use professional concepts to resolve moderate to complex claims issues through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings.

LOCATION: BOCA RATON, FL

SALARY RANGE: $75K TO $80K Plus commission

Our Client is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Boca Raton, FL. This role is ideal for a dedicated legal professional with a strong background in personal injury and insurance claims, who thrives in a client-centered environment and is passionate about securing maximum compensation for victims.

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will serve as a trusted advocate for clients, providing guidance from the initial consultation through settlement negotiations. You will evaluate claims, formulate case strategies, and engage in effective negotiations with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Client Representation & Case Evaluation

• Conduct thorough initial consultations with clients to assess their cases.
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism while guiding clients through the legal process.
• Investigate the facts of each case, review medical records, police reports, and insurance policies to build a strong claim.

Negotiation & Settlement Strategy

• Communicate with insurance companies to discuss claim status, demands, and settlement offers.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to advocate for the maximum compensation on behalf of clients.
• Assess case value based on injuries, damages, and liability to determine the best course of action.

Case Management & Client Communication

• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on case progress.
• Work collaboratively with legal assistants, case managers, and litigation teams to ensure efficiency.
• Keep detailed and organized records of case-related documents, correspondence, and legal proceedings.ON SUMMARY:

Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Experience in pre-litigation personal injury law or a related field.
• Strong ability to evaluate claims and develop effective case strategies.
• Superb negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing caseloads.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
