Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Salary Range: $100-$140k+ (flexible/based on experience)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking Pre-Litigation Attorneys to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases, and be able to manage a diverse caseload while providing personalized attention to each client. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding client service with compassion and professionalism throughout the case process
Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to litigation
Research case law and analyze precedents to develop effective legal strategies
Draft, review, and interpret legal documents for clients
Advise clients on case developments, negotiations, and legal proceedings
Lead and mentor team members to resolve cases efficiently
Create case strategies tailored to client needs and legal precedent
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in New Mexico (multi-state licensing a plus)
Member in good standing with the State Bar
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide a team toward successful outcomes
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Resourceful, adaptable, and quick learner
Prior experience in personal injury or insurance defense required
Bilingual skills are a plus
