Position:Practice Operation Improvement Specialist II

As a Practice Operations Improvement Specialist II, you'll serve as a trusted operational consultant supporting physician practices throughout the Novant Health Medical Group.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Bachelors, required. Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry; physician practice management experience preferred, but equivalent leadership experience in a healthcare setting will be considered., required.

What You'll Do:
- Partner with practice leadership and Central Operations to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze financial and operational data to drive informed decision-making and sustainable performance improvements.
- Evaluate workflows including patient registration, scheduling, front desk operations, clinical workflows, and practice efficiency.
- Lead and support operational improvement initiatives across multiple physician practices.
- Assist with onboarding new practices and integrating standardized operational processes.
- Support reporting, transactional research, and performance monitoring to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic and other technology solutions used throughout Novant Health Medical Group.
- Develop and deliver workflow education and operational training to practice teams.
- Collaborate across departments to promote consistency, operational excellence, and exceptional patient experiences.
- Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
