A patient-focused dental specialty practice looking for an experienced Practice Manager to help lead our team and keep our office running smoothly. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

What You'll Do:

  • Run the day-to-day flow of the front office
  • Verify insurance and complete specialty benefit breakdowns
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out
  • Collect co-payments and present specialty treatment plans
  • Support and guide the team with a hands-on approach
  • Spot issues and work collaboratively to find solutions

 

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of dental front office experience (specialty practice experience a plus)
  • Working knowledge of dental insurance, including specialty procedures
  • Experience presenting treatment plans
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude
