Job Description

As our Practice Manager, youll be the engine that powers the day-to-day success of the clinic. From leading staff and optimizing workflows to ensuring an outstanding patient experience, youll help create a practice where both patients and employees feel supported, respected, and cared for.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and support a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
  • Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance improvement
  • Monitor clinic productivity, revenue cycle processes, and operational metrics
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate with providers to continually improve patient care and service

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare or medical practice management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume clinic environment
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
  • Experience with EMR systems, scheduling, and healthcare operations preferred

Additional Job Description

Education GED or High School diploma is required. Bachelor Degree is preferred.
