The Practice Manager – Wound Care Services plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of a physician -led wound care practice serving skilled nursing, long -term care, and post -acute facilities. This role acts as the operational bridge between providers, facilities, billing, credentialing, recruiting, marketing, and vendors.

The Practice Manager – Wound Care Services oversees operational, administrative, and compliance functions for a multi -provider wound care practice serving SNFs, LTCs, and post -acute facilities. This role supports providers, facilities, billing, credentialing, recruiting, marketing, and vendors to ensure efficient operations, timely reimbursement, and territory -level growth.

Oversee billing and coding coordination to ensure timely wound care claim submission and minimal backlog
<\/p><\/li>
Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing operational needs of physicians and APPs
<\/p><\/li>
Coordinate with credentialing on payer enrollment (Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs), PECOS, and CAQH
<\/p><\/li>
Track provider licensing, malpractice insurance, and compliance documentation
<\/p><\/li>
Support territory operations and marketing progress, including facility onboarding and provider coverage
<\/p><\/li>
Serve as an operational point of contact for SNFs/LTC facilities and providers
<\/p><\/li>
Manage wound care supply vendors, shipments, and cost negotiations
<\/p><\/li>
3+ years of healthcare practice management or operations experience
<\/p><\/li>
Experience supporting SNF/LTC or post -acute care environments
<\/p><\/li>
Knowledge of medical billing workflows and payer enrollment processes
<\/p><\/li>
Experience supporting multi -state or multi -territory practices
<\/p><\/li>
Strong organizational, communication, and follow -through skills
