What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of the dental front office: insurance, scheduling, treatment plan presentation
- Experience with Open Dental or similar practice management software
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to balance empathy with accountability
