Smile Blue Ridge is a close-knit, fee-for-service dental practice in the North Georgia mountains, and we're hiring an experienced Practice Manager to run the day-to-day. What You'll Do
- Build and protect a productive daily schedule and optimize chair time
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of 10 to 12 clinical and admin staff
- Oversee billing, insurance claims, collections, and practice reporting
- Drive an excellent patient experience, hygiene recare, and new patient growth
- Keep the practice compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and Georgia dental board standards
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing a dental practice or comparable healthcare office
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and the revenue cycle
- Proficiency with practice management software
- Proven leadership and the ability to hold a team accountable
- Excellent communication and a patient-first mindset
- Preferred: fee-for-service experience and familiarity with KPIs and dashboards
