We offer Physical, Occupational, and Massage Therapy services and maintain a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient outcomes. We are passionate about our profession and dedicated to the well-being of those we serve. **Job Description** **Capstone Physical Therapy** is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple clinic locations. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional patient care across all sites. In addition to operational leadership, you will support recruitment and onboarding efforts to help build strong, high-performing teams. As the central point of coordination for clinic operations, staff support, workflow optimization, and compliance, you will ensure each clinic functions at its highest potential. + Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, ensuring standardized workflows, efficient patient flow, and consistent service quality. + Advise clinic managers, leads, and administrative staff across locations. + Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes. + Ensure accurate billing practices, charge capture, and documentation workflows. + Coordinate facility needs, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships across clinics. + Ensure all clinics adhere to regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations). **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Human Resources preferred. + 4-7+ years of healthcare management experience, ideally in multi-site outpatient setting preferred. + Strong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling systems, and revenue cycle processes. + Experience with HR functions such as hiring, coaching, and performance management. + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and general office software. + Ability to travel between clinic locations as needed. **Additional Information** **What we offer:** + Competitive Salary + Health Insurance + Retirement Plan + Paid Time Off and Holidays + In-house Trainings & Specialty Growth Opportunities We are proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
