  • Troubleshoot application issues, configuration concerns, workflow challenges, and user-reported problems.
  • Escalate software defects and complex issues to vendors while managing communication through resolution.
  • Support hospital teams with system optimization, workflow improvements, and best-practice recommendations.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, job aids, and training materials.

Conversions & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate veterinary software conversions, including project timelines, stakeholder communication, data migration activities, and go-live support.
  • Assist with implementation of new hospitals, mergers, acquisitions, and software rollouts.
  • Support testing and validation efforts for software upgrades, integrations, and new functionality.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Integrations & Technical Systems

  • Support third-party integrations including laboratory systems, payment processing, online scheduling, client communication platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Assist with integration troubleshooting and coordination between vendors and internal technical teams.
  • Support database migrations, data validation activities, and configuration changes.
  • Participate in evaluating new technologies for compatibility, security, and operational impact.

PACS & Imaging Systems Support

  • Support Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), digital radiography, dental imaging, ultrasound imaging, and associated veterinary imaging platforms.
  • Coordinate imaging system implementations, migrations, and vendor support activities.
  • Troubleshoot image transfer, storage, workflow, and connectivity issues between imaging systems and practice management platforms.
  • Assist hospitals with imaging workflow optimization and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation related to imaging system configurations and integrations.

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver basic user training and workflow coaching for hospital teams.
  • Support development and rollout of standardized workflows across hospitals.
  • Monitor trends in support requests and identify opportunities for proactive improvement.
  • Participate in software governance initiatives and contribute recommendations for system enhancements.
