- Two family medicine physicians with surgical OB are needed for a fantastic quality of life in a picturesque community
- Candidates can be either MD/DO and new graduates are welcome to apply
- Work either four, 10-hour rural health clinic shifts per week or one 24-hour shift in the critical access hospital ER plus two, 10-hour clinic shifts per week
- The clinic sees 18-20 patients per 10-hour shift and the ER sees 12 patients per 24-hour shift
- You will deliver between 45-50 babies annually with the opportunity to deliver more
- Single coverage with Chief of Staff and Clinic Medical Director, 2 (soon to be 3) NPs, as well as 2 CRNAs Support
- Clinic call (Phone) is 1:3 with locums/ER doc support that translates to more like 1:5
- Earn $305K year one, $310K year two and $315K year three plus quarterly productivity incentive and $25K relocation
