Short Description:
Practice Coordinator 2 supporting outpatient clinic operations. Handles patient registration, appointment scheduling, authorizations, work queues, and front-desk administrative support while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate patient coordination.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Complete Description:
Seeking a Practice Coordinator 2 to support daily clinic operations in a high-volume outpatient environment. The role is responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance authorizations, work queue management, and administrative coordination. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage insurance authorizations and work queues (WQ’s).
  • Provide front desk and administrative support.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff.
  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in a busy clinic environment.
  • Support daily clinic workflow and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and patient registration.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic setting.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • APeX experience required.

Additional Information:

  • Estimated clinic volume: 80–100 patients per day.
  • No weekends required.
  • Non-APeX trained candidates will not be considered.
