Practice Coordinator
Job Schedule: Full-Time M-F 830AM-5PM

Job Summary:
Coordinates the daily operations of a psychiatry practice and assists with outpatient-wide programing for population and behavioral health initiatives.
How you''ll contribute:
- Ensure the day-to-day operations of the practice run smoothly, safely and efficiently, policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to.
- Assists in supervising assigned staff under the management of a practice manager/director.
- Oversee supply management, billing process, master schedules, staffing needs, timecard edits, competencies, facility and IT needs, data tracking and presentation, facilitates good communication inside and outside of the clinic, assists in other clinic roles as needed, other duties as assigned.
- Works in tandem with Clinical Coordinator, Quality Data Analyst, and other team members when applicable.
- Provides direct supervision staff.
- Trains providers and staff on Athena as it pertains to their roles.
- Maintains appointment templates.
- Ensures optimal schedule adherence.
- Address patient and staff issues timely.
- Maintains provider call schedules.
- Oversees daily operations of designated clinic(s) in collaboration with Market Director or Market Manager.
- Ensures competency and on-boarding for all staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we''re looking for:
- AA or Bachelor''s Degree required
- Preferred Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment or 4 years of experience in a similar role that has a customer service focus while supporting leadership/management. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
