Job description
This position works under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Practice Consultants. The Practice Consultant Associate is expected to work closely with physician leaders, management, IT department staff, and the practice consultants to design, compute, organize, track, and report information related to various THC/PRIVIA initiatives. Also, the Practice Consultant Associate should be knowledgeable of database queries and have intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Effective communication with physicians’ offices, patients, and all company personnel is
imperative.
EDUCATION AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or general equivalency
- Three years experience in business administration in the medical field
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office products skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, ICD-10 and CPT coding, insurance processes, and MS Office literacy
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Self-starter that requires minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Patient Experience training helpful
- Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint
- Patient Experience training
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Salesforce Experience helpful

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
