Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PPE Stock Clerk to manage all cleanroom PPE inventory, support weekly gowning processes, and ensure a clean, compliant, and well-maintained cleanroom gowning environment. This role is responsible for stocking gloves, masks, bouffant, shoe covers, lab coats, and boots; coordinating cleanroom garment exchange; and scanning and preparing dirty lab gowns for third-party cleaning. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

Cleanroom PPE Inventory Management

· Perform daily inventory checks for gloves, masks, bouffant, shoe covers, lab coats, boots, and other gowning materials.

· Maintain proper stock levels based on usage trends and reorder points.

· Restock PPE cabinets and gowning areas on a regular schedule.

· Track lot numbers, expiration dates, and ensure FIFO usage.

Gowning Program Support

· Assist with weekly gowning exchange for cleanroom employees.

· Distribute new gowns, boots, and lab garments as needed.

· Maintain gowning records, employee assignments, and size tracking.

· Ensure gowning rooms remain orderly, clean, and audit-ready.

Dirty Garment Coordination

· Scan and record all dirty cleanroom gowns, hoods, boots, and lab coats for laundry service.

· Prepare, bag, and stage laundry for pickup and verify counts.

· Inspect returned garments for quality before redistributing.

Receiving & Cleanroom Materials Coordination

· Receive, inspect, and label incoming cleanroom-specific materials.

· Ensure materials are stored in designated, contamination-controlled areas.

· Support the Receiving team with cleanroom-related logistics as needed.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse, receiving, cleanroom, or manufacturing environment preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

· Ability to lift 15–30 lbs (PPE boxes, laundry bags).

· Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, barcode scanners).

· Familiarity with cleanroom protocols is a plus.

· This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
