Job Title: Powder Coater (1st Shift)
Location: High Point, NC
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with powder coating processes and a strong eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
- Apply powder coating using spray equipment
- Ensure even coverage and proper thickness
- Cure coated parts according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous powder coating or similar finishing experience required
- Knowledge of coating techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
