Shift: Monday Thursday | 3: 30 PM 2: 00 AM | Training on Day Shift for Approximately 3 Months

Associated Staffing is hiring a Powder Coat Technician for a manufacturing facility in Hastings, NE. This position is ideal for someone with powder coating experience who takes pride in quality work and maintaining a dependable work ethic.
In this role, you will prepare products and surfaces for coating, apply powder coating materials and help ensure finished products meet quality and appearance standards.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and clean surfaces prior to coating
Apply powder coating to products and components
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and production standards
Work effectively as part of a production team
Qualifications:
Previous powder coating experience required
Ability to read and understand English
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
