Required Skills:
2+ years of powder coating experience in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of operating and maintaining powder coat guns and machinery
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues during the coating process
Ability to set up and run powder coat lines, ovens, and related equipment
Experience with mixing coatings and performing chemical checks
Proficient in checking coating thickness with a mil thickness gage
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with hand and power tools
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with industrial washers and baking ovens
Knowledge of water disposal procedures and safety protocols
Previous experience in quality inspection and inventory management
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 2 years of relevant powder coating experience in a manufacturing environment
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work first shift hours, Monday through Thursday, from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime as needed
Ability to operate safely in an industrial setting and maintain equipment thoroughly
