1st Shift Powder Coating Technician (6:00 AM 2:00 PM)

What You ll Do:
Prepare and clean metal parts to ensure flawless powder coating results.
Set up, operate, and fine-tune powder coating equipment.
Apply powder coatings with precision to achieve smooth, consistent finishes.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high quality and appearance standards.
Perform routine equipment upkeep and help maintain an efficient workspace.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused at all times.
Work alongside a supportive team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
What We re Looking For:
At least 2 year of hands-on powder coating experience.
Solid understanding of powder coating processes and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle parts throughout the shift.
Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow procedures.
