We are seeking an experienced Pouching Line Lead to oversee daily operations on our packaging line while actively operating and troubleshooting pouching equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands production flow, machine operation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has prior experience running automated pouching or packaging machinery and can confidently lead a small production crew while keeping quality, efficiency, and safety standards on track. Key Responsibilities Support a team of 4 6 production associates on the new swing shift pouching line Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor automated pouching packaging machinery Calibrate film alignment, load and change film rolls, and ensure proper machine setup for production runs Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor mechanical adjustments to minimize downtime Maintain production flow while ensuring product quality and packaging standards are met Perform quality control checks throughout the production process Coordinate line changeovers and communicate production needs with supervisors and maintenance teams Train and mentor line associates on procedures, safety, and production expectations Complete production documentation and reporting accurately Maintain GMP, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift
