Pay Rate: $16.00 PH ($2.00 attendance bonus per hour after 30 days)

Shift:  M-F 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. M-F (Occasional Saturday)  Shifts flex

Have you ever paid a bill online?  You will be assisting others in making online payments for different billers.  Patience is required as you will be working with those who may not be tech-savvy or have issues making online payments.

Work Environment : In Office 

Job Description:  

• This is an inbound call center position.  You will be assisting government identities and customers in taking payments, trouble shooting, and posting to their accounts.  

Employment Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Previous Customer Service and/or Call Center Experience (minimum 1 year)

Proficient with working with web-based applications and Microsoft Office products

Keyboarding, Data Entry and Computer Proficiency

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team Player, positive attitude, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills

Professional Voice Quality 

Dependent on voice skill needed for call coverage

Must pass background and credit check
