Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team. The BCBA will support students with behavioral and developmental needs by designing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention programs. This role involves close collaboration with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students in classroom settings
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies and interventions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff, school psychologists, and administrators
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification preferred
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities

Rate:

$61,695 - $107,175
