Responsible for routine sorting, filing, scanning and processing of patient-related documents and task-related items in accordance with established procedures; ensures proper maintenance of electronic health records. Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to an office; Interacts and responds to provider, staff and customer needs both internal and external by routing messages, photocopying, faxing and communicating as directed.
REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED. • Proficiency with standard office equipment. • Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions. • Excellent organizational skills. • Mature, professional behavior. • Computer skills. • Employment status must be casual. No other status can be held. • Ability to travel as necessary between job sites/assignments, within 30 minutes of home address.
