Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Office of Student Life (OSL) with executing New Student Orientation (NSO).
  • Implement social media marketing campaigns and content for the beginning of the academic year
  • Coordinate with Candler partner offices and assist in the planning and execution of events.
  • Build NSO Survey toolkit for 2026 in partnership with Office of Digital Learning and analyze NSO student survey results
  • Order supplies, office administration, and training summer and fall student staff
  • Supports the goals and projects of the specified Candler School of Theology initiative or program area.
  • May be responsible for assigned logistical, administrative, marketing or research responsibilities.
  • Participates in team activities associated with the initiative for career development.
  • Assists in planning and implementing projects and/or events.
  • Under managerial supervision, may assist in educating and training other stakeholders.
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related area.

NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location.  Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
