We are seeking a motivated Research Fellow with expertise in cell line development, molecular and cellular biology, and in vivo disease models.

They will lead mechanistic and translational projects focused on kidney injury, regeneration, and disease modeling, with opportunities for independent research, publications, and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining stable cell lines and performing gene transfection
  • Conducting cell culture, functional assays, PCR/qPCR, siRNA knockdown, and protein analyses
  • Utilizing imaging techniques like immunofluorescence and microscopy
  • Managing transgenic mouse colonies, genotyping, performing surgeries, and behavioral analyses
  • Analyzing data and creating visualizations

  • Qualifications include a Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D., 0-3 years of postdoctoral experience, proficiency in cell and molecular biology, in vivo models, and a publication record.
