A bit about us:

We are a full-service law firm serving a broad range of clients, from emerging businesses to established organizations with complex legal needs. Our work spans both litigation and transactional matters, allowing us to offer well-rounded counsel across industries and business cycles. As we continue to grow, we remain focused on building strong client relationships and delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions. We prioritize collaboration across practices and offices, giving our attorneys meaningful exposure to different areas of the law while contributing to sophisticated matters. Our platform is large enough to offer significant resources, but structured to avoid the rigidity often found at larger institutions.

Why join us?

We offer the platform of a growing AmLaw 100 firm without the intensity that often comes with it. Our billable expectations are manageable, allowing attorneys to develop their practices and produce high-quality work without sacrificing sustainability. We maintain a flexible hybrid schedule that supports both collaboration and autonomy, recognizing that productivity does not require a one-size-fits-all approach. Attorneys here benefit from hands-on experience, access to strong mentorship, and the ability to take on meaningful responsibility early in their careers. As we continue to expand, we are intentional about preserving a collegial, respectful culture where contributions are visible and advancement is based on performance and engagement rather than tenure alone.

Job Details

We are seeking a junior litigation associate to join our broader disputes practice. This role is designed for attorneys who have recently completed a judicial clerkship and are looking to transition into a law firm environment where they can take on meaningful responsibility early. We offer exposure to a wide range of litigation matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys across different practice areas. • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other written advocacy
  • Assist with deposition preparation, witness interviews, and case strategy development
  • Participate in client communications and internal strategy discussions
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to support complex matters
  • Manage discrete assignments while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

  • Completion of a judicial clerkship required
  • Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills
  • Experience handling substantive research and drafting assignments
  • Exposure to complex litigation matters preferred

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state you will be practicing in
