Portrait Designer - Inside Sales

Vita Brevis Fine Art is seeking a charismatic and passionate Portrait Designer for Inside Sales to join their dynamic team in Colorado Springs. Known for over 15 years as the preferred choice for heirloom-quality family portraits, the company is renowned for its welcoming community and unparalleled service. This full-time role is centered around consultative selling, where you'll have the opportunity to connect with clients during pre-scheduled appointments, delivering a luxurious photography experience without the need for lead generation or follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients in-person, presenting image, size, and finish options in a scripted, relaxed sales environment to achieve a 100% close rate.
• Conduct 45-minute to 1-hour consultations with up to 8 sessions per day, supported by ongoing training and a strong team environment.
• Contribute to a family-oriented workplace, focusing on delivering exceptional service while enjoying work-life balance, including a 3.5-day work week.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in art or photography, with robust interpersonal skills and the ability to sell from a script while maintaining an authentic approach.
• High energy, confidence, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury brand setting.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary, commission, and incentives with annual earnings expectations of $80,000 to $120,000 PLUS
• Comprehensive benefits package including 401K Matching, QSEHRA Health Reimbursement, paid time off, Paid Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays
• Schedule -Full-time position with a 3.5-day work week: *Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM & Thursday to Saturday: 8:45 am AM - 7:00 PM*
