Description

This position is part of the Transformation & Delivery Office (TDO), which offers enterprise-level program and portfolio management services. The role is situated within the Portfolio Reporting and Head Office Coordination team, responsible for establishing governance standards, executing regular portfolio reports, and ensuring compliance with TDO protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in reporting for projects and programs, including both TDO-led and broader portfolio needs.
  • Create and edit comprehensive status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, tracking project milestones.
  • Manage daily portfolio governance tasks, focusing on compliance with templates, tools, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely report submissions and resolve data quality issues.
  • Provide coaching on project management best practices in line with regional and global standards.
  • Maintain and update PMO standards, procedures, training materials, and governance tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in enterprise PMO or supporting complex strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consolidate diverse data for insightful reporting.
  • Attention to detail and capability to produce quality reports under deadlines.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management across various functions and regions.
  • Interest in process improvement through automation and AI tools.
  • Ability to influence and ensure follow-up in teams without direct authority.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or as a Business Analyst.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Appreciation for a multicultural work environment.
