JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing a portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with customers. Responsibilities include recommending loans for approval within assigned limits, managing loan and portfolio credit quality, and cross-selling appropriate bank products and services to prospects and customers. Provide assistance to Relationship Managers with day-to-day underwriting responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Retain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect for and close new business relationships with partnership with Relationship Managers.
• Grow net revenue year over year as directed by Senior Management.
• Provide training/coaching to Credit Analysts as assigned.
• Manage credit quality. Structure, underwrite and recommend new and existing relationships in accordance with Company credit policy. Properly identify risk management and risk rating.
• Manage assigned customer relationships and brings in appropriate product specialists as needed.
• Resolve customer problems and act as a liaison with other departments to ensure that the customer experiences the highest level of service and support.
• Manage overall customer and regional credit underwriting strategies. Develop and implement relationship strategies for cross-selling bank products and services. Satisfy customer requirements by providing a full array of loan, deposit, cash management and other appropriate bank products.
• Responsible for keeping current on the bank's lending policies, products, and services.
• Participate in community and CRA activities to promote the Company's brand in our communities.
• Actively ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Ethics and all Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policy and procedures.
• Actively participates in any required corporate and business line training in these areas.
• Follows account opening procedures and understands and follows internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes, as required for this position.
• Actively works with customers to understand each customer's normal account activity, as appropriate for this position.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Computer skills to include use of Microsoft Office products and other programs as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster and sustain collaborative work relationships within the bank.
• Requires strong relationship management and business development abilities, and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a broad knowledge of bank products and services that result in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities.
• Dedication to teamwork and long-term commitment to success.

Education/Licenses/Work Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and five to seven years of commercial lending experience.
• Broad knowledge and experience in banking operations, products, and services.

Work Environment

• Standard office environment with a moderate noise level.

Pay Range: $117,500 - $130,000 annually. Pay range may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
