Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Portfolio & Deal Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through our certification and verification process.

  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

  • Gain access to real deal flow and paid portfolio and transaction analysis work

  • Support investors, fund managers, and operators across pre-close and post-close engagements

  • Contribute to portfolio monitoring, transaction execution, and investment reporting

  • Build a verified deal and portfolio track record with an Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers:
Senior Portfolio & Deal Analyst · Lead Portfolio & Deal Analyst · Portfolio & Deal Analyst / Associate
