Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the restaurant for opening by checking safety and security from the previous night.
• Maintain the building's exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Coordinate with the opening team for efficient preparation.
• Ensure food safety by taking temperatures and documenting them accurately.
• Manage stock rotation in coolers and storage areas using FIFO methods.

Qualifications:

• A genuine smile and friendly demeanor!
• Strong communication skills and dependability.
• 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work independently.
