Porter / Groundskeeper - Property Management
Location: ST Louis, MO 63141
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Position Summary
We're hiring a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming community. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and taking pride in keeping a property looking its best, this role is a great match.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, walkways, breezeways, and common spaces
Remove trash and debris from dumpsters, compactors, and designated collection points
Sweep, power wash, and tidy exterior surfaces
Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks when needed
Report any safety issues, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity
Support seasonal projects and community upkeep
Ensure the property always presents a polished, well‑kept appearance
What You Bring
Strong reliability and work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Prior porter or groundskeeping experience is helpful but not required
