The Opportunity:
The Portal Manager is responsible for the design, administration, enhancement, and continuous operation of the program''s enterprise collaboration portal, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of information and services to internal and external stakeholders. This position develops and executes portal strategies that improve collaboration, streamline business processes, and support mission execution while maintaining compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and U.S. Government cybersecurity requirements. The successful candidate will oversee portal performance, user access, content governance, and system enhancements while serving as the technical lead for enterprise portal capabilities leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure, and cloud technologies.

Experience supporting Combatant Command (COCOM), Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community IT environments.
Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise workflow automation.
Experience supporting Agile software development and DevSecOps practices.
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and cloud security best practices.
Experience developing governance frameworks and user adoption strategies for enterprise collaboration platforms.
