What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Porsche vehicles to factory standards
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs using Porsche systems and processes
- Deliver exceptional workmanship with attention to detail and accuracy
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors and leadership
- Maintain complete and accurate repair documentation
- Stay current on Porsche technical bulletins, systems, and emerging technologies
- Assist in mentoring and developing apprentice and non-certified technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
What We’re Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
- Porsche Certified Technician status strongly preferred
- Previous Porsche dealership experience highly valued
- Proven diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Strong understanding of luxury and high-performance vehicle systems
- Commitment to fixed-right-the-first-time repairs and customer satisfaction
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- State inspection license (where applicable)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
