Porsche Conshohocken is seeking an Assistant Studio Director to support operations at our innovative Porsche Studio located in the King of Prussia Mall. This role combines luxury retail, hospitality, sales leadership, and brand ambassadorship to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities - Deliver premium customer experience and luxury hospitality
- Support sales performance and daily studio operations
- Build relationships with clients and the local community
- Train and coach team members on customer engagement
- Maintain strong knowledge of Porsche products & e-mobility
- Execute visual merchandising and in-store displays
- Represent the brand at events and partnerships
Qualifications - Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for automotive, luxury brands, or technology
- Ability to explain products clearly and confidently
- Professional appearance and team-oriented mindset
- Preferred Background
- Luxury hotel, airline, or fine dining experience
- Sales, training, or event experience
