Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Regional Property Supervisor to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and capital projects across our dynamic portfolio of multi-family assets.

In this role, you will lead on-site teams and vendors to ensure maximum occupancy, regulatory compliance, seamless operational workflow, and top-tier tenant satisfaction.

Portfolio Asset Profile:
Our portfolio primarily consists of Class B and Class C multi-family residential communities across West Los Angeles:
  • Class B Assets: Well-maintained mid-vintage multi-family communities requiring proactive capital improvement oversight, modern aesthetic upgrades, and value-add execution.
  • Class C Assets: Established, value-add residential properties focused on efficient turnarounds, deferred maintenance resolution, hands-on vendor management, and long-term tenant retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational & Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor on-site resident managers and maintenance personnel to ensure smooth property operations.
  • Financial Management: Manage operating and capital budgets, review monthly financial statements, control operating expenses, and optimize rental revenue.
  • Asset Maintenance & Capital Improvements: Direct capital improvement initiatives, conduct routine property inspections, and oversee major renovation/turnover projects.
  • Tenant & Resident Relations: Ensure high standards of tenant communication, handle escalations, enforce lease terms, and minimize vacancy rates.
  • Compliance & Legal: Enforce adherence to local Los Angeles rent control ordinances, California Fair Housing laws, and municipal codes.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of multi-site or regional property management experience in multi-family real estate.
  • Asset Expertise: Proven track record of managing and repositioning Class B and Class C multi-family properties.
  • Software: Proficiency in property management software (Yardi preferred).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Los Angeles rent stabilization ordinances (RSO) and California landlord-tenant laws.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication, budget analysis, and team-building capabilities.
  • Licensing/Travel: Valid California Driver’s License, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle for regional site visits.
