Pool Staff Join the ESRC Team as a part time pool staff/swim instructor! With the only warm-water therapeutic pool in the community, Easterseals Rehabilitation Center offers swim lessons and aquatic exercise and fitness classes to clients of all ability levels. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Teach swim lessons to children and adults ages 3 and up
- Conduct aquatic exercise classes
- Supervise pool programs
- Organize pool equipment
- Clean pool and pool area
- Assist with maintaining appropriate pool chemical levels
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION: - Prior swim lesson, lifeguarding and/or aquatic background experience required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
- CPR/1st Aid Certification (Training will be provided if not certified)
- Must pass pre-employment background checks, physical, TB and drug screen
- Lifeguard certification preferred
