Responsible for taking food & beverage orders and serving them to guests.
Essential Functions:
1. Greets guests and presents menus.
2. Assists guests with food & beverage selections; makes recommendations.
3. Responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
4. Informs guests of current specials.
5. Promotes food & beverage products and services.
6. Serves food & beverage items to guests.
7. Takes payment for food & beverages utilizing prescribed cash procedures.
8. Recognizes and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
9. Maintains food & beverage quality and service standards for location.
10. Performs opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility.
11. Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.
12. Performs special projects delegated by management.
