You will be responsible for researching, troubleshooting, and resolving pool and spa equipment issues using advanced troubleshooting skills and available resources. The expectation is to empathize and clearly communicate complex technical solutions to dealers, distributors, or pool professionals.You WillServe as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within our Pool DivisionDiagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input and Assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidanceSchedule or supporting service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolutionProcess parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as requiredCommunicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps, and collaborate with internal teams including production, engineering, shipping, quality, and sales to resolve issuesMaintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP systemParticipate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and proceduresKey QualificationsA background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyMust be able to multi-task, have great computer skills, and be able to work within several different software applications at oncePhysical RequirementsPhysical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!) :Shift range from 7am to 8pm Eastern Monday through Friday (hours can vary by region)CompensationThe hourly pay for this role is: $26.00+/hour, DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
