We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Pool & Spa Technician to assist with cleaning, chemical balancing, and general upkeep of pools and spas. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and learning a hands-on trade.
Responsibilities
- Clean pools and spas (skimming, vacuuming, brushing surfaces)
- Test and balance water chemistry (training provided)
- Add chemicals to maintain safe and clean water
- Empty baskets, clean filters, and perform routine maintenance
- Inspect basic equipment and report any issues
- Drive a company vehicle to service locations when needed
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (required – must be able to drive company vehicle)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training
- No experience required, but general labor or outdoor work is a plus
