As a Shift Lead, you support the Restaurant General Manager by managing work shifts and upholding quality standards. You take ownership to solve problems, seek help when needed, and assist team members. Your key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members complete duties, serve safe, quality food, and create a friendly environment. You also promote a safe workplace for staff and customers.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly with a positive attitude.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Communicate openly with the management team.
• Adhere to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.

Pay ranges from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour.
